Engin Tasarım may transfer your personal data to relevant persons and organizations in Turkey and abroad within the scope of the Law and other legislation, including but not limited to the following

Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected, processed and transferred for the above-mentioned purposes through the subscription agreement, dealers and other face-to-face channels, call center, website, mobile applications, text message, electronic mail, voice response system and all kinds of written, verbal, electronic media, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data or the legal reasons specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and other legislation.
Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law; by applying to our Company,

- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- To request notification of the actions taken pursuant to your rights to rectification, deletion, and destruction mentioned above to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed personal data exclusively with automated systems,
- In case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for your damage.
